Description This metadata record describes the microbial uptake of nutrients by native planktonic and biofilm-associated bacteria and the inactivation of E. coli, MS2 bacteriophage, polio virus and Cryptosporidium parvum in the Upper Floridan Aquifer (approximately 1,000 feet below land surface) in the Okeechobee, Florida area.
