The Multi-Parameter Inorganic Carbon Analyzer is an autonomous, flow-through analytical system designed to measure multiple parameters of the marine inorganic carbon system simultaneously and with high precision. It was developed for underway monitoring on research vessels and coastal stations to support studies of ocean acidification, carbon cycling, and marine chemistry.
